Nominee Director Service
The Singapore Companies Act requires, every company to have at least one director residing in Singapore i.e. Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident. The director should be a natural person of at least 18 years old.
Our nominee director service is designed to comply with the Singapore legal requirement, whilst maintaining the privacy of our clients and at the same time allowing them to operate and manage the company as if they were the director.
Our Nominee Director Agreement
Specifies that our nominee director will not participate in the running of nor have a financial interest in the client company.
Our General Power of Attorney
Serves to empower our client to operate the company, ie. run the business, manage the company’s activities, and operate the company’s bank accounts.
Our annual fee for the provision of a Nominee Director is subject to the following conditions
- A refundable security deposit;
- Beaufort is appointed corporate secretarial agent; and
- The Company’s accounts are prepared by us or audited by a Singapore auditor

We recommend our clients use Cloud Based Accounting Software, XERO, to get these benefits.
